One point of contact.
Gold Oak Digital manages the brief, approvals and quality checks. We may use specialist delivery partners for content production or scheduling, with appropriate account permissions and confidentiality arrangements.
You keep ownership of your social accounts. We use platform role-based access where available instead of asking you to share passwords.
Built around real content.
Your job photos, products, team and useful advice make the service specific to your business. You confirm that supplied material can be used and that any people shown have the appropriate permissions.
AI may assist drafting, but content is checked by a person. We do not promise follower numbers, viral posts or a guaranteed volume of sales.
Before we start.
Are customer messages and comments included?
The core service covers content planning, creation and publishing. Comment or inbox handling requires a separate allowance, response hours, escalation rules and approved answers.
Does the price include Facebook or Instagram adverts?
No. Paid campaign management and advertising spend are separate and need an agreed budget and scope.
Do you come out to take photos and videos?
On-site filming and photography are separate projects. Standard posting uses client-supplied material or properly licensed assets agreed in the brief.
What if I do not approve the posts in time?
Approval deadlines are agreed before starting. Unapproved content is held back, and any revised schedule or unused content allowance follows your agreed terms.
What does ongoing management cost?
We quote after checking your channels, content needs and production requirements. The proposal confirms the monthly fee, included revisions, start date, cancellation terms and any additional charges.
